Management Team

	David A. Tenwick Chairman With extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and raising capital, David specializes in corporate leadership and building companies from the ground floor up. In 1991, he formed Passport Retirement, a long term care company, which acquired AdCare Health Systems, Inc., in 1995. David received his BBA and JD degrees from the University of Cincinnati.
	Boyd P. Gentry Chief Executive Officer Boyd is a seasoned healthcare executive who brings more than 25 years of experience to AdCare. He has extensive experience and knowledge in acquisition and divestiture pursuits as well as financing and capital markets activities. Boyd received his Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, and earned his MBA in Finance and Accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
	Ronald W. Fleming Chief Financial Officer Ron has over 25 years of experience as a healthcare financial executive including over 10 years in long-term care financial management. He has extensive experience leading financial organizations and integrating acquisitions in rapidly growing multi-location, multi-state operations. Ron has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
	David Rubenstein Chief Operating Officer David has more than 23 years of experience in long-term care facility management. His extensive experience in implementing operating strategies that maximize facility productivity, minimize costs and increase Medicare census fits perfectly with AdCare's M&A and facility optimization programs. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island, and is process master certified by Hammer and Company.
	Melissa L. Green, RN, MS HCA Senior VP of Clinical Operations Melissa brings 20 years of experience in long term care with 15 years in multi-facility management. Her focus on quality of life and quality of care fits in with the AdCare philosophy. She also has strong regulatory focus that drives AdCare to be successful in the multi-faceted regulatory requirements of long term care. Melissa has extensive experience with development of clinical systems and processes that not only improve quality of care but enable AdCare facilities to care for more acute complex types of residents.
